Alarm Responses
When an alarm is activated at your business or residence we receive an alert within 60 seconds. The alarm is then instantly dispatched to the closest responding officer in accordance with your security management plan. The responding officer then receives information about the type of alarm activated, as well as site information including, site maps and pictures, key numbers and alarm codes, Key holder names and contact information and a list of staff allowed to be onsite after hours to ensure we have the quickest response time. Once our guard has investigated the alarm they complete a report which is instantly emailed to you and accessible from your customer portal.
If a break in has occurred we co-ordinate with key holders and business owners as well as local police and emergency services in accordance with your security management plan
Guard Accountability
Our guards are issued with body cameras that capture an unbiased view of an incident or event. Our cameras capture full 140 degree wide-angle 6G lens with up to 1296P Full HD video and audio so you can see and hear whats happened.
The cameras also have a clear red light recording indicators to ensure all staff and patrons know they are being recorded as well as a time and date stamp, device ID and user ID, making evidence tamper-proof! These cameras also include a 20 second pre-record buffer that ensures we also capture the moment’s leading up to an incident or event.
